I had a problem with balls getting stuck. I got instructions to clean the unit. That didn't work so I sent it in, got it back within a few days and it's working well now.

I am thrilled with the customer service from Power Pong. Any issues that I've had have been resolved immediately courteously and earnestly they have a great customer service team and I look forward to many years of using this robot. I am they have delivered truly five star service!
